Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is one of the most widely used languages to style a webpage. Although meant for web design, Jay Salvat has found a different use for the popular computer language. Using over 7,500 lines of CSS code, Jay has created an impressive reproduction of Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. Looking at the code you can see that the CSS specifies the position and colour of thousands and thousands of oversized pixels. Now that’s what I call modern art! [Gizmodo]
