The Gorgeous Suite Capri, Anacapri, Italy

Tucked in the shadow of the centuries-old Church of San Michele, this absolutely delicious villa will have you on the phone to your travel agent imminently. Located in the village of Anacapri, on the island of Capri, Italy, at the base of Mt. Solaro, this fantastic structure, designed by Italian architect Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva, was built in “spaces once attached to the convent of the Church of San Michele.”

Inside are two suites, the smaller that overlooks a garden and the larger that opens into an inner courtyard. Probably the coolest part, beyond the magnificence of the space itself, are the frescos that have been uncovered during the renovation and restoration, evidence of which are still visible in the ancient walls. Me first!
