This terrifying (and real) staircase is attached to the outside of a skyscraper more than ten stories off the ground. The stairs are made out of metal and aluminum. As you can see, there is no hand rail or safety enclosure of any kind. While these stairs are real, it is highly doubtful that they are actually used by anyone. The design is by architects Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann of L/B.
