STV House by Arnon Nir Architecture

This row house is settled within the city of Tel Aviv, Israel. Tel Aviv has very tight restrictions on neighborhood planning, which played a large role in defining the measurements of the house. The house is made up of three materials: wood, slate, and exposed concrete. The staircase is at the center of the house, surrounded by an exposed concrete wall on either side. There is a glass gap at the landing, making the garden visible from the several rooms in the house. via archdaily. Photos by Amit Giron.
