Atlanta-based artist Hense is known for using a colourful palette when approaching his artwork. Having wrapped up his exhibition “Spray”, he turned his sights on a new mural installation in Washington, DC.
The commission entailed painting a large scale mural on the exterior of a historic, run-down church. The result is stunning architecture awash with a kaleidoscope of colour. Using acrylics, spray paints, and other materials, he and his small crew worked together to produce some bold non-representational artwork that will no doubt catch the eye of any passerby.
