Seoul’s Banpo Bridge – World’s Longest Bridge Fountain

The Banpo Bridge in Seoul, South Korea holds the Guiness World Record for the longest bridge fountain. Interestingly, the Banpo Bridge was installed on top of the Jamsu Bridge, forming a unique “double deck” bridge.

The 1,140m long bridge features 10,000 LED nozzles that run along both sides shooting out 190 tons of water per minute. The bridge crosses over the Han River and pumps water directly from the river itself and is therefore continuously recycled. Image credits Wikipedia, Visitkorea
