Photographer and plane spotter Jeffrey Milstein has spent years creating this fascinating and revealing series of aircraft. The series is called Aircraft: The Jet as Art, and features the underbelly of planes – a perspective that people often don’t get to see.
Jeffrey says shooting the airplanes is like shooting a moving duck, “The planes are moving so fast, and I have only a hundredth of a second to get my shot. I have to keep the camera moving with the plane and then fire the shot exactly at the top dead center. It took a lot of practice.” You can purchase his book here.
