Every time I see one of these incredible houses, it’s hard to believe that luxury could get any more, well, luxurious. Martin Gomez Arquitectos have proven that there is no limit on luxury, that there is no threshold that cannot be surpassed.
Their completed beach home known as “La Boyita,” situated on the beach of Punta del Este, Uruguay, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, measures just shy of 6500 sq. ft. of absolute beachside grandeur. As in keeping with the current trends in modern architecture, La Boyita is built with lots of concrete and glass, the accents in wood to soften the overall effect. The house itself is comprised of five “blocks,” each serving its own purpose—living/dining and sleeping areas—to promote independence for the homeowner’s guests. The gorgeous pool and spa carries forward the theme of squares and rectangles, shaped as a reflection of the home’s basic structure.
