Rustic, round, and rocky – this Aspen, Colorado vacation home is truly one-of-a-kind.
At the center of the home is a sunken living area the owners refer to as the “love pit”. Complete with a built-in sofa encircling the room, a gorgeous fireplace and white shag carpet, the love pit was built for relaxation.
When seeing the house for the first time, the real estate agent warned them that it was a “tear down”. Unexpectedly, the soon-to-be owners fell completely in love with the home and gave it some TLC to refine its less desirable features and bring to light the home’s full potential.
