Invisible Umbrella Uses Air to Repel Raindrops

The invisible umbrella concept design is so unique in that it has no canopy! Rather, the umbrella uses the force of air that is blown out of the top through a hollow pipe to create a curtain of air above the user. Not only can you control the force of the air based on how hard it is raining, but you can also control the length of the stick (it contracts so you can fit it into a small bag), as well as the size of the air canopy.

Unfortunately as of now you cannot actually purchase this umbrella, but the design is truly one of those creative ones that make you think “WANT”.

The invisible air umbrella was designed by Je Sung Park and Woo Jung Kwon.
