Italian artist Dito Von Tease has created these playful portraits of famous people on human fingers for his series Ditology (“dito” is italian for “finger”). Ironically, other than his fingerprint being dead center of every photo, Dito’s true identity remains unknown.
To achieve each portrait, Dito snaps a picture of his naked finger and then manipulates the photo until he captures the essence of the desired celebrity. Featuring well known people such as Steve Jobs, Mr T, the Dalai Lama, Spock, Mozart, and Kiss, this series definitely takes finger puppets to a whole new level.
