Double is essentially wheels for your iPad (think iPad meets Segway). It basically acts as a battery-powered stand on self-balancing wheels, allowing you to “be somewhere” without actually being there. Using a second iPad (because who only has one?) you can control Double remotely from anywhere.
Double can be useful in a variety of instances. For example, in offices to allow colleagues to be remotely connected, in museums to provide virtual tours so people can experience world-renown exhibits from anywhere in the world, or to replace in-person sales associates at retail stores.
