Art That Sticks — Illustrations Made From Brown Packing Tape

Amsterdam street artist, Max Zorn, is beautifying his city one street lamp at a time with his amazing works of art that are created solely from brown packing tape. It looks like Mark Jenkins isn’t the only one getting inspiration from tape (see Mark Jenkins’ Tape Sculptures)

By sticking layer after layer of tape upon Plexiglas, Max produces gorgeous portraits of celebrities, city backdrops, and lovers in mid embrace. His artwork can be found, not just on lamp posts, but in galleries and exhibits across Europe. I recommend checking out his website, and how-to videos where you can see the entire process unfold.
