A Modern Take on Ancient Stone Tools

Tel-Aviv based designers Ami Drach and Dov Ganchrow have created this series of stone tools that provide a modern twist on some of humanity’s most ancient artifacts. The duo used digital scans of flint stones so that each handle could perfectly fit the blade, creating a set of tools they say “‘condensed time into a singular object.” The tools were exhibited at the 2012 budapest design week.
