The German-Swedish design duo Humans Since 1982 have created “Clock Clock“, in which they re-contextualize time in a mix of old and new, analogue and digital. The large digital display is made of 24 two-handed analogue clocks, with six clocks making up a number, each of them displaying either one of its corners or one of its sides. The choreography that takes place as the analog hands move to ultimately form the digital display is eery, but beautiful.
