22 Year Old’s Digital Short Gets Hollywood’s Attention

Science fiction movies are notorious for costing big bucks to make, but that doesn’t mean they have to. Twenty-two year old German student Kaleb Lechowski, who is currently studying digital film design, has managed to create a six minute fully computer animated sci-fi short all on his own.

The film, entitled R’ha, is so impressive that it has captured the attention of Hollywood executives. After viewing the short online, Scott Glassgold, of IAM Sports & Entertainment, told Mashable, “His work is not only professional, it’s extraordinary. There are shots in there that look like they are from a 150-million-dollar movie.” Lechowski will be making a trip to Hollywood to pitch his short as a full feature to movie producers.
